“I care about people, and I believe communities thrive when everyone's perspectives and voices are heard.”

Born and raised in Saanich, Sierra has watched her community change rapidly. She is running because residents deserve clear information, meaningful consultation, and a direct voice in the decisions shaping their neighbourhoods.

Sierra is a licensed practical nurse and plans to return to school for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her frontline healthcare experience has shown her how stressed and overworked the hospital system has become.

Growing up with a sister who has autism has made disability advocacy deeply personal. Sierra has spent much of her life advocating for her sister and wants people with disabilities to have a direct role in community decisions.

Sierra has volunteered with Community Living Victoria on a program about bullying and inclusive schools, and she also volunteers with the BC SPCA. She is running to bring a younger perspective to council while making room for voices of every age.
